德国海洋集团简介
德国海洋集团成立于2015年，是欧洲第一家由海外华人社团发起成立的全员持股的爱国华人企业。公司股东均为海外爱国华人，现有股东86人,全职员工19人。
德国海洋集团致力于为中德企业，政府机构以及社团在德国提供从信息咨询，技术转移，人才交流，业务培育以及会展等全方位一站式服务。为中德企业、政府以及科研院所从前期交流中期拜访以及后期的合作提供支持和保障，海洋集团公司与德国众多科研机构企业及政府部门和社会养老福利保障机构保持持续紧密的合作，如德国弗朗霍夫研究所，慕尼黑工大，慕尼黑工大创新中心，亚琛联合科技以及巴登州基础设施负责人（例污水处理厂）等都是我公司的合作伙伴，在过去几年疫情期间，德国海洋公司立足德国科技领域的资源优势，联络了众多德国科技企业、著名科学家、德国院士、通过网络与祖国建立紧密联络，为疫情结束后两国在相关领域的常态化交流铺平了道路。
德国海洋集团公司还下设商务拜访业务部，中德企业信息咨询中心，展会以及医疗美容业务部四大板块。自2015年成立起为中国数量众多的企业，政府在德交流发展提供了完整的解决方案，曾为祖国各大企业和政府在欧洲的出访提供了全方位的保障，公司曾服务于达沃斯论坛，汉堡G20各国家元首接待，海航集团，恒大（恒驰汽车）集团，中航集团等。自2020年起，德国海洋集团加紧了在中德两国在人才技术交流相关的业务投入和建设，公司在2021年2月起，通过搭建有自己独立产权的线上线下平台，结合原有展会业务部的传统优势，为中国企业在德国及欧洲的发展铺平道路。

作为海外爱国华人，不仅要致力于为祖国建设增砖添瓦，自公司成立以来，祖国每一次重大事件都牵动着全体海洋员工的心，新冠疫情发生后，我公司员工利用所有出差时间，在全欧洲紧急搜集了一批急缺的口罩资源，第一时间放往国内相关医院。河南水灾，我公员工利自身特长发起募捐公益艺术课，为灾区人民募集善款。

Founded in 2015, German Ocean Group is the first fully employee-owned patriotic Chinese enterprise in Europe initiated by overseas Chinese associations. The company’s shareholders are all overseas patriotic Chinese. There are currently 86 shareholders and 19 full-time employees.
German Ocean Group is committed to providing all-round one-stop services from information consulting, technology transfer, talent exchange, business cultivation and exhibitions to Chinese and German enterprises, government agencies and communities in Germany. To provide support and guarantee for Sino-German enterprises, governments and scientific research institutes from early exchanges, mid-term visits and later cooperation, Ocean Group maintains continuous and close cooperation with many scientific research institutions, enterprises, government departments and social pension and welfare institutions in Germany, such as Germany Fraunhofer Institute, Technical University of Munich, Innovation Center of Technical University of Munich, United Technology Aachen and the head of infrastructure in Baden (such as sewage treatment plants) are all partners of our company.
